I no longer accept medical insurance, or bill for car accident claims, but I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your car/medical insurance for reimbursement (or possible reimbursement).

Some companies will reimburse expenses paid to out-of-network providers, but not all plans do, so you will need to check with your individual insurance plan to determine if that's the case.
