I no longer accept medical insurance, but if you've been in a car accident, I can bill your car insurance for any motor vehicle accident claims. Please let me know before your scheduled appointment if you've been in an a motor vehicle accident.

If you'd like to try to be reimbursed by your medical insurance for any massage treatments you've received, let me know, and I will provide you with a SuperBill after your session with me, for you to submit to your insurance company. Some companies will reimburse expenses paid to out-of-network providers, but not all plans do, so you will need to check with your individual insurance plan to determine if that's the case.
